North Carolina native, Sherrie Smith grew up in a small town and has witnessed the tremendous growth and changes the Triangle area has expereienced.  She understands what draws people to this area and why the area is consistently ranked high in best places to live. Sherrie and her husband have raised 3 children in the Triangle area and currently reside in Wake Forest.  The Smith family harbor a love of the outdoors.. from farming to boating and maintaining a farm in Oxford, NC and a home in Topsail Island. Sherrie is educated in these areas and able to serve clients in these additional markets.
